Pros
Laid-back and lazy, if you call it "Pros". Wait for things to fall in place or NOT fall in place.
Cons
(1) Stone-age in almost everything: Management, culture, mindset and technology. (2) Incompetent and incapable managers. Ever heard of "I have 50 or 100 direct reports"? (3) Political, cliquey and gossipy (4) Full of suck-ups from India. It is sad that Singapore imports these "foreign talents" from India whom I don't find as "foreign talents" at all. Poor English and unprofessional in their work. (5) Resistant to change (6) Full of red tape and bureaucracies. You can't believe that something simple can involve at least 3 departments to accomplish. Some of them just say "yes/no" without doing anything at all. This is done without contributing significantly to security at all.
