Pros
Good people, at least the one I worked with in Colorado. Decent benefits. They could've done a better job w.r.t to 401-K vesting but ....
Cons
Lacked the vision about products and the future. Cloud computing rose to prominence in early 2010 but caught CA by surprise as they had to layoff the entire group in 2018.
