Pros

When owners of a company don't inform clients and employees that their phone calls are being recorded, should you trust the company? When owners of a company that install spyware, and/or time tracking software that accesses an employee's home, private computer that takes screen shots every few minutes; and, again, has access to everything, without the employee's prior knowledge or authorization, would you trust the company? Many things such as the above were discovered by myself and others over the few months of working at this place. Most employers would have a policy, inform you, the employee would authorize, etc. this didn't happen. I still have a difficult time with my personal computer being surveilled without my knowledge. These things obviously aren't pros, and I'm not including any because I honestly there aren't any. If you decide to fall for the great phone personality of the "co-owner" during the interview like we did, and you go to work for them, good luck. Be careful. Get everything in writing. Know what you're getting into. We were all emailed a "termination" letter a few weeks ago. Yep, the "co-owner didn't have the, ------to give us a call and tell us. We weren't given benefits or paid holidays or gym memberships or health benefits. So I guess things have miraculously turned around!!!

Cons

Serious lack of management experience. If one method doesn't work, he'll read a book, change it to this way for a week, next week to something else.....

Pros

Very positive work environment. You get constant feedback from the founders on the positive aspects of your performance. They go out of their way to make you feel appreciated when you do a good job. As long as you are trainable and follow their proven sales process, you will be successful. I also appreciate their constructive feedback in how to do better. The founders are focused on constant improvement for themselves and this creates a productive environment for professional growth and development.

Cons

If you have a strong need to be liked and you do not take rejection well, this may not be the job for you. Of course anyone with sales experience understands rejection is a natural aspect of our profession
