Pros
Excellent training They do not use Tech & Customer Support as veils for telemarketing I felt my team, managers, SMEs, etc wanted me to thrive
Cons
I am told they abandoned the WFH model. As a disabled person that’s pretty insulting to me. Tech support is difficult & the emotional & creature comforts of WFH make the job a lot leas stressful. Office environments often add to tbe stress.
