These individuals have initiated an in-house campaign to inflate their positive ratings on Google and Glassdoor. Do not be deceived. There is nothing professional about working with this organization. Their expertise seems to lie solely in bothering you. If you wish to experience a living nightmare, consider joining this company. The top-level management is comprised of individuals of questionable competence, and favoritism reigns supreme within the organization. They treat employees poorly, sometimes resorting to offensive language and dismissing it as a joke, while the managers prove ineffective. They lack any meaningful organizational values. I would recommend staying unemployed rather than working with this company. Despite being in the IT field for 21 years, they haven't surpassed 100 employees.

1) They require freshers to submit their original documents and sign a 3-year bond. 2) They excessively micromanage their employees. 3) They charge former employees for background verification. 4) Appraisals are contingent on favoritism from managers and top-level management. 5) If they want to get rid of you, they will subject you to extreme pressure. 6) Their HR management is abysmal. 7) The top-level management consists of three people: SM, VM, and AM. No pros, if you are an experienced person. This company is ok for freshers. Senior management is good but not the mid level management.

There is a list 1. Lot of politics and favouritism or partiality by managers. 2. They just promise you things but will never follow their promises(Managers). 3. If you are an experienced person then there is nothing new to learn for you 4. Low wages compare to market 5. No canteen facility available There are some employees who are working from decades at this company and are playing lot of politics and will also not give you opportunity to grow in your career.
