Management team is tight knit and decisive, but also listens carefully and considers all input from staff. Recent additions to the team have brought it closer together, collaborating very well. Positive and enthusiastic leadership does its job really well and ensures everybody is working for the same aims. There is a genuine desire to create an exciting but also supportive team where individuals can thrive and produce their best (and have some fun!)
