Pros
Exposure to many industries from video games, tech, healthcare, manufacturing. it's a good place to start your career to get a decent footing on various aspects of market research, consulting, UX, product development. Flexible hours Able to work remotely as needed
Cons
Very fast turn around, deliverables and expectations from lcients. Unless you have a government or non profit project, for profit corporations especially in the tech space think people are waiting by their mobile phones and emails for market research studies. Also we had to weed out people who tried to manipulate the market research industry so there are a lot of quality assurance standards that had to be followed to vet participants. Some people want an easy job where they don't necessarily have to think.
