      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn the way to work as a team. Can work like 4 hours and you can clock 12 hours if everything is done

      Cons

      Safety takes a back seat to production. No real communication from anyone that is a decision maker, so we don't ever know if we were going to work all year or get laid off. Management style is too relaxed and inconsistent. Feels like we got lied too a lot.

      Pros

      Great pay, time-off flexibility, guaranteed at least 50hrs/week, decent paid-for hotels, leased trucks (to stay at hotels). High production is rewarded.

      Cons

      Fear-based management style, purposefully keeping you out of the loop of relationship status with management as well as client, withholds performance reviews and statistics, absolutely 0 room for professional development, little to no raises. Low morale.
