Being micromanaged to death and being dogged on a daily basis started immediately after my first day. Received hundreds of rude emails monthly not because I wasn't checking docs, and was for not saving certified payrolls in case the document company went out of business, and cleaning up a mess of approved incorrect docs but because I wasn't using a template email system that is very ineffective. Super nice on the phone and super rude on email copying half the company. Plus, a few of the women there are pack animals and very cliquey. Not allowed to be friendly in emails. Weird. Treat subcontractors badly and that's when I knew I wasn't going to be there long. Shut off my HSA card at 5pm the day before the last day.
