      Good benefits for health, dental, and vision

      No work life balance. Depending on which team/ department you work in, you might get a micro manager or upper management who is biased. Promotions often seem based more on favoritism and personal relationships than on performance or qualifications.

      They match 401k up to 7% but you must work there about 10 years before it’s fully vested
