Cons
1) Working at a non-profit, you often have to work with limited resources. As the Institute continues to grow, this can sometimes mean doing more with less.
2) With the Institute growing at such a rapid pace over the past few years (number of staff have almost doubled over the course of my time at the Institute), there have been some growing pains, but these have been/ are being addressed by management.
