      The hours were great with 3 day weekends and the boss is pretty nice. Actually enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      Work can be tedious, but they let you listen to headphones on the job.

      Pros

      They offered me better pay than what my last company ended me with after working there for over 7 years. They have been pretty good to me.

      Cons

      So far, no stock options, but I am sure after a year, I may get full benefits.
