Pros
Automation department was fun and coworkers were great, 401k match is generous (but offset by low base pay).
Cons
Hours are insanely long because there are never enough engineering hours sold for projects, management is incompetent, pay is low, the office is old and dark, and they lay people off en masse because of management's mistakes.
