Cons
I worked as a Python Developer at Bytes View Analytics and my experience was highly disappointing. The company may seem like a good place for freshers to start, but the reality is far from it. • Exploitative Salary Structure: Freshers are hired at extremely low salaries, and when the time comes for a raise, they are either denied it or publicly humiliated. Many employees are eventually fired without cause instead of being given growth opportunities. • Toxic Work Culture: The management, led by CEO Arjun Jain and Piyush Khatri, fosters a stressful and negative work environment. Employees who complete projects successfully often face mistreatment instead of recognition. • Zero Job Security: Hardly anyone stays for more than a year. Employees are either forced to resign or abruptly terminated. The HR department exists only to follow orders and does nothing to support employees. • Unethical Practices: Employees are pressured into posting fake positive reviews about the company. Additionally, salaries are deliberately withheld to frustrate employees into quitting. • Lack of Proper Management: Work expectations constantly change with no clear direction, and employees are unfairly blamed for management’s inconsistencies. Overall, I strongly advise job seekers to avoid this company. The management lacks professionalism, ethics, and basic respect for employees. If you’re looking for career growth and a positive work environment, look elsewhere.
