Pros
It's a good company that offers a good experience and movement within the horizontal or lateral movement. As long as you're up to the challenges you'll have a chance to try new roles at your 6 months for the first internal transfer and and a year after you first internal transfer
Cons
no salary adjustment although you been promoted to a new roles if it's within the same job grade although bigger responsibilities. The office politics is real here
