Pros
Limited amounts of alcohol provided at 4pm on Fridays, Free snacks; granola Bars, potato chips, packaged cookies and other low quality items. Management busy doing other things most days, owner occasionally shows up in office doesn’t know what staff does or seem to care about delivery to customer, other managers seem to come and go as they please, so you can do whatever you want most days.
Cons
Not many happy employees here. Look elsewhere unless your desperate in which case they always are trying to backfill vacated positions. High turnover, flies have longer life span, no one should expect to be here more than a year. Only people who stay around are related to owner or have some other connection. Not a good place if you care about what you do and want to be associated with a quality tech company. Customers are asking questions. Focused on buying other small struggling companies to increase revenue. Not focused on existing customers. All men in senior roles except for recent ceo, gender problems, creepy guys lurking around reception area. No privacy or respect of personal space, poor work space.
