Pros
- 2.5 hour phone shifts, emails for most of the day - hour lunch options, WFH rolled out recently - Insurance is great - Job is pretty easy and you are capable of being mostly yourself in your emails with the guidelines of professionality being present - People here are the absolute best - you can be yourself and dress yourself here which I love
Cons
- with a 2.5 hour phone shift we are experiencing higher queue times and with that we are being required to hop on phones very frequently to combat queue times. This at times can be exhausting considering each phone blitz call is 5 phone calls which could average an hour or 2 extra on phones each time. - Our emails and phones are a bit delayed due to lowered staffing so Customers are more escalated than usual - Not necessarily a strong presence with Management nor TL's. Seniors are more of the TL's handling teams as TL's are working on various projects that are more focused with Cx processes and other department functions. - Management struggles with directions and telling us solutions on issues that Agents are expressing and I don't think it is their fault necessarily due to hands being tied with Dentsply's guidelines - 0 incentives or fun events happening other than seldom internal job openings from time to time - Labeled codes for our busy times, (currently in code red: all team meetings cancelled, more pressure on everything essentially) so working during this time has been pretty repetitive and draining - Low appreciation shown to those who are tenured or who has stayed through the tough times but instead feels like more work is being put on or no effort is being put in to giving a bigger thank you. - Last con would be that they do not do anything special to make things fun at work. example would be that we have to come up with our own fun events and use our own money to provide the fun and keep the workspace from falling dull and stale.
