Good food in the area Stable company - low chance of the company shutting down They dont fire workers unless they are realy bad A good learing experience - OJT Nice people who work there
Cons
Very old fashion - old facility ( for now , they will move to a new building soon ) no salary raise - unless you resign no perks for the employees - like HR kind of benefits No food in the kitchen Not a lot of possibilaties for a promotion
