Loved the company - Customer Service BuzzyBooth Employee Review

Working at BuzzyBooth is a great way to get exposed to the tech industry. Everyone is working to common goals and leadership is very transparent about what we're working toward and why. I think it keeps the company an exciting place to work. The company has good work life balance and l love my coworkers.

Small company and no upward mobility

-Great team culture and environment -Thursday team lunches -Friday work from home -Tons of room for growth into management positions as new hires come in and company grows -Work closely with the CEO Jolina who takes product feedback and ideas wonderfully and is always open to trying new things -No Micromanaging: very independent workflow which is a breath of fresh air to people like me -Very transparent which means everyone is on the same page -Jolina(the CEO) takes the time to have one on ones consistently to help you succeed, as well as see what she can do on her side to help

If you live over an hour+ away, west side traffic is grueling. I currently drive a little over 1.5 hours so I obviously like the job enough to push through that, haha! Not really a con for me, but if you're not use to startups things change quickly and frequently. If you need extreme structure and don't like too much change I would think it might not be a good fit.
