I say work hard, play hard is a good phrase for this environment. There is a lot of emphasis on training as well, and they do care about employees and vendors alike beyond just the work we do.

This type of environment is not for everyone. Since the culture and team work is so integrated and the deadlines and work is fast paced, it is not conducive for remote working, though management is extremely flexible for family priorities and time off.
