      Not sure there are any.

      Cons

      - Owner doesn't know how to manage and has temper problem. Constantly yells at employees and talks behind everyone's back. - Sales will get their commissions cut if they start making more money or see an decrease in the Salary. - Camera's everywhere. Owner sit in his office and watches people work all day. - Owner doesn't have a clue how a printing company works. Just cares about making more money.

      Pros

      Printing equipment is kept in good condition.

      Cons

      The owner is an extreme micro manager. I would only recommend this place to people who are completely subservient and don't mind being yelled at. If you have an opinion don't try expressing it here. I was not given any opportunity to show my years of knowledge and experience in the printing industry. If the owner is not constantly hovering around the shop he is watching from the multiple surveillance cameras in his office.
