Poor Organization and Communication makes work impossible - Behavior Therapist Butterfly Effects Employee Review

I would like to preface this with saying I am not the type of person to slam a company without warranted experience or frankly at all, but I feel my experience was so poor at Butterfly Effects I need to share it with others so they may factor it into their decision to seek employment here. I got this job in March, and was put on hold for months with promise and then fall-through after fall-through of clients from March-mid July 2015. Lines of communication between myself BCBA were very disappointing and I feel the cause of all issues I had. I would not get a response from messages, text and emails for days if not weeks. And the responses were brief and cursory. We would discuss and agree on clients only to talk days later like it had never happened and we were starting from square one. After months of this I had to finally end my employment. I feel communication must be open and effective when families and children are involved and I did not feel comfortable being welcomed into these families homes when I was receiving no support or mentorship from those above me.
