Pros
Some nice people and pay can be good for some roles. Autonomy with work, good breadth and exposure to senior leadership. The product has potential.
Cons
The company strategy and direction is non existent, setting up a strategy which can’t be delivered. The direction from leadership is vague and constantly changing to try and hit targets so generally it’s very chaotic. Each quarter they say ‘we need to focus on fewer things’, then continue to say the same the next quarter after failing to do so. There is not really any culture in the office, and I disagree with some leadership styles and attitudes.
