      Pros

      LOVE working here. The people and culture are amazing! Yes you have to work hard and put in the hours, but when you do there are rewards. Plus when Jon and Rae are in town, they often bring their adorable dogs into the office.

      Cons

      Changes move very slowly, appears that CEO needs to approve everything before it can be put into action.
