All of the employees there are awesome. You won't find a better group of quality character and workmanship.

The owners mental health is very quickly deteriorating and she stays very much involved in all aspects of the day to day. Pay is substantially less than at other similar organizations. If you are paid fairly you will be treated as if you're over paid. You aren't treated as a person, merely a resource to be exploited.
