As a temporary employee we decided not to hire long term, I can certainly understand how you might feel. However, it's clear we made the best decision for you and BCS, in not offering you a full time position. Our turnover rate is arguably one of the best in the staffing industry. And, yes, you are correct in that we do not offer long term positions to 90% of those we interview or work with temporarily. The industry of technical staffing can be rather challenging, so our goal at BCS is to hire quality talent with positive attitudes who can weather the storms, and add value to the teamwork required to succeed.
