The company gives you complete autonomy in a satellite office, which allows for deep focus and independent problem-solving. There’s no micromanagement, and you're trusted to handle high-priority clients directly. I’ve gained tremendous troubleshooting experience, especially with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and backend onboarding.

There’s no real training structure in place for new tools or technologies. Skill growth is mostly self-driven. Daily tasks can feel repetitive, and there’s minimal opportunity for mentorship or collaborative development.

If you get lucky on an account (one that cannot avoid CA) you make some easy money.

New account sales are tough as the market is aware of the tactics used by CA to squeeze the cutomer.
