      Health & Wellness program, 401k match with immediately fully vested, opportunity to advance, and ethical banking

      Cons

      No paternity leave, somewhat cutthroat culture depending on branch/department, pay better than most but not as high as the major banks.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
