The management team means well, and for the most part is very talented.

The owner is a serial entrepreneur that is very disorganized and has been known to announce plans to do a complete overhaul of strategy on a weekly basis. He has hired a competent management team from what I've seen but constantly interferes with their ability to carry out their jobs. Also, he talks negatively behind his employees' backs and is extremely poor at communicating.
