Pros
The responsibilities are very minimal, it takes little to no skill to be a cashier. Dress code is pretty much wear whatever you want with the logo t-shirt. Customers are overall nice and not overbearing. The owners are nice and chill.
Cons
Very few employees so it is hard to get someone to cover your shift. Because it is so easy, it does not prepare you for the expectations and standards at other restaurants. Doesn't feel like much of a community. Only pays minimum wage, cashiers don't get tips, no benefits.
