Pros
Great hours and amazing bosses. Hands down best job I've had so far. Basically hand over a large portion of the business for you to handle.
Cons
The pay is not the best but for how much freedom you have with scheduling it more than makes up for it. Getting up to speed took a while due to lack of training, but not terrible.
