      8.5 hour days Monday through Thursday which meant Fridays were a short day

      Cons

      The new management is a militant and basically eliminated all existing staff and replaced them with hand-picked employees. Stability and continuity were sacrificed to exert control.

      close to home, you help the people within the community, casual work attire

      Cons

      very little opportunity to grow within the organization, organization doesn't try to keep a continuous flow of grants so that employees can get better pay, and a lot of petty stuff though out company
