Cons
Unstable environment - half the company was just laid off with no notice. It isn't clear if management actually believes in their stated values. Rampant inconsistency in communication from management. Favoritism seems to be a factor in both promotion opportunities and disciplinary action. Expectations of employees change almost daily with little to no notice, and vary widely from manager to manager. Management can be difficult to reach when support is needed at the store. Midtown location gets a lot of very active, very drunk, sometimes very aggressive, customers - especially late at night and on weekends, Quite a few unaddressed safety issues. Unrealistic expectations placed on all employees who don't go out of their way from the start to express firm boundaries.
