1/2 off of food. gaining basic experience to work for a higher scale employer in the future. given very flexible schedule based on personal needs. Pleasant co-workers.
Cons
Extremely demanding job, expected to do 2,3, or 4 very different things at the same time without error. Poor/minimal training from management. Constantly getting small burns from heat chutes, coffee, bun toasters, ect.
