Pros
Co-workers were very nice and helpful despite the pitiful middle and upper management. For the most part, the pay and benefits were in line with the industry and they were understanding about vacations, family leave and sick time.
Cons
So many to list! Overall, a very political environment where quality of work and business decisions were secondary to popularity with whoever was in charge. Management changes were frequent and poorly executed -- never wrote anything in pen because it would change the next day. Feedback from managers was weak and did not really matter because it mattered very little in terms of promotion. Travel requirements were silly at times. Many dog and pony meetings and conferences. Lots of funds wasted on "team building" exercises. Really wish this company was not on my resume for as many years as it is. Just not a good place to work at all.
