      Pros

      I easily got pay increases for working harder and following directions. I also received the benefit of choosing my hours from my good behavior and it wasn’t about seniority.

      Cons

      I’m really not sure, maybe the attitude among the coworkers didn’t make working there all that pleasant.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
