Pros
Good reputation - It will look amazing in your cv. Multinational company. Good benefits. Provide with tools (equipment, chair..) to work from home
Cons
Poor management. Salary ridiculously low for the responsibility taken. Little opportunities to grow, learn or engage with other teams. Lack of transparency in internal recruitment or promotions. Better to get along with management if you want to be recognized no matter how hard you work. Pressured environment regardless of the wellbeing workshops organized by the company. Diversity and inclusion is far from being real although it looks great in presentations and trainings. I am recommending it as a good place for young people to gain experience for a couple of years and then go somewhere else.
