UPDATE: 1st JUNE 2020: You spoke and we listened. The compensation and progression system of our employees is one of our highest priorities, our people are our biggest asset. Our company is now under new leadership and in particular new tech leadership and we are heading into a new chapter. From July 2020 we will no longer operate a monthly bonus system and instead will move to a bi-annual performance review. We also calibrated all packages for all levels very competitively against the market.
