Pros
Salary is ok but is provided bay Microsft. For every employee, Microsoft from their countries is providing finance, because it is Microsft CTOM project for CEE and Baltic countries.
Cons
To many! This is a bad company in every. The ratio of leaving is 50 %, or to be precise from 10 employees in first 2-3 months, 5 will leave this company. The reason is bad management, from team leaders and on-site manager. They have created a very unhealthy environment. Pushing people when there is no reason, pushing only because they can. Other outscoring companies have a similar approach, but this one is No1 form bottom.
