Pros

BullsEye has allowed me to grow my career in Telecom to new levels. I've worked at BullsEye for a year and a half and in that time I've been able to work my way into a promotion and a ton of high level recognition. One great thing that I've told everyone when they ask is that if you have good ideas, they can actually mature into an actual process or company change. My previous employer was a corporate setup and you were simply a tiny spoke on a huge wheel. You did what you were told and that's it. This place has been different for me. With continued hard work, I look forward to reaching new levels and gaining the skills needed for my career progression at BullsEye or beyond.

Cons

The company is making a strong push from POTS to digital voice so there are bumps in the road but if you're invested in the progressive culture then all will be well. There are few people/depts that kind of coast and don't want to learn anything new so it can be frustrating to deal with at times. It's like watching someone hand write letters, put stamps on them, mail, and repeat every day. You want to shake them and say "Hey, if you email it, the person will get your message in 1 minute rather than 2 days." and then getting back "Hey, it's what I know and I'm not really interested in this new "email thing." That seems to be changing slowly so having patience is definitely a virtue.
