Pros
Compensation was average. Employee comradery is above average. The Paid Time off, though accrued, is on par with the rest of the industry.
Cons
Imagine a ship with several different captains, and with every different emotional whim, each captain can steer the ship in a different direction. That is the best way to describe working at BullsEye Telecom. Product offerings, company focus, expectations, and technologies change so frequently and randomly that it is impossible to keep up. There is also no forethought or support to substantiate these changes. None of the company systems are synced. The equipment (computers, servers, network equipment) is old and outdated. There have been several instances of customer outages over the past year that could have been avoided, had the company spent ANY money on proactive maintenance. There are no incentives to excel at BullsEye. Employees are treated poorly by Executive Management. Everyone works in "skeleton" crews with very few employees handling major tasks. If they were ever to poll employee satisfaction, I guarantee there would be 10%< that were even remotely pleased with their job. It is not the absolute worst company I have ever worked for, but it is a very close second. The simple truth is this: If you are considering employment with BullsEye, and are unemployed use this as a stepping stone to obtain income and find another job quickly. If you are considering leaving another job for employment at BullsEye Telecom, please look elsewhere - you will be sorely disappointed.
