CEO - Odd questions asked of a referral concerning my personal life and relationships. It showed quickly why this was asked within weeks, CEO is extremely insecure and trusts nobody. Do not converse with family that are assisting with running organization. Short time I was there, he wanted to get rid of the entire staff and restart. Very small staff with requirements of being on all meetings to portray a large organization.
