It is the expectation that all of our employees report to work, on time regularly. For the individual who wrote this post, there was a sufficient amount of resources devoted to making sure they understood the seriousness of our policies and that continued failures could lead to termination.
It is the opinion of management, to which this reviewer seems to be concerned with, that the schedules of managers can frequently require time out of the office to meet with clients and conduct other affairs. Management is almost never late without cause and is concerned by "millennial" opinions like these and their prevalence in today's workforce. Entry level employees do not get to make their employers schedules and decide what is tardy.
