Recruiter and safety was extremely informative. Had to take a Road Test and some interactive defensive driver training prior to my starting date. It took about Three Days for my Drug Test to Clear.
Cons
Had a rough time at the beginning . Everything worked out after a short while. Sadly, I had to resigned because my family had to relocate to another state .
Hours are very flexible. Dispatchers communicate well and put little pressure on you. The shop and mechanics are knowledgeable and efficient. They have newer trucks.
Cons
They pay by the load and don’t disclose the pay before you haul the load. You get to know how much most loads pays over time once you have the check inn hand. Lanes and pay are very inconsistent, leaning towards the low end.
