      The fire people often and put people with no experience in place of management. The last manager had experience in shoe sales

      Cons

      Poor pay, pay stubs are always wrong and a revolving door of staff and management.

      Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to grow.

      Cons

      Not really any. Change is hard, but good. Previous team left things in disarray but current team in place is taking it in the right direction.
