Pros
-Great culture (team works hard and checks egos at the door, there's a general sense that we're on to something really special but nobody seems to be losing sight of living in the moment and executing on a day-to-day basis)
-Great product market fit (as they say, the riches are in the niches. Our product has a very defined ICP but for the niche we operate in, we're absolutely crushing. TAM will only continue to grow as our product matures)
-Great outlook (all the trends and stats that matter are up and to the right going on two years straight with no signs of slowing down)
-Great location (downtown SLC, shares a parking lot w/ a FrontRunner stop, grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance, multiple food options close, quick access to freeway)
-Great office (historic building with tons of character, onsite gym with showers, onsite cafe, plenty of parking if you have a pass, ton of room to grow)
Cons
Any inconveniences that might exist are more a product of our stage than any sort of mismanagement or poor execution. For those who execute better following an already written playbook, this may not be the place for you. If you enjoy writing the playbook, I wouldn't pass on Built.
