Nice people, convenient office, flexible hours if requested formally, good pension.

Not got a clear vision, lacking in leadership that wants to move the business forward, old processes, pay is low compared with average.

There are some great members of staff, it is just a shame that these people are not those in a position of authority.

Poor payers, don't keep promises. Will screw you over when you leave, this company hates sales staff, even when you are smashing your targets. Products are well behind competitors.
