      For the most part, BCBAs are amazing, as are interventionists Leadership is not present and often employees are left to fend for themselves in difficult situations

      People that we worked with were great.

      Cons

      Lack of organization within the company. False promises such as, "pay raises". Super tough clients, and a lack of consistent hours and support.
