      Often working overtime if something goes wrong in the field. But are compensated accordingly.

      Pros

      Great hours with diverse projects that allow you to learn all aspects of MEP design and construction. There is no micromanaging. Lots of expertise within the company when in need of assistance.

      Company is on the smaller side.

      Managers and Boss are easy to contact and communicate with.

      Cons

      Like any construction job, all "tradesman" get paid and compensated the same. There's no PTO hours as well.
