Where do you even begin? First they will hire you on as a kitchen designer and just hand you a spec book to read and that is the height of your training there. Then get angry at you 2 months later for not having $30,000 in sales when you are still learning everything. Manager micro manages everything and talks down to you every time you voice your opinion. You will be thrown under the bus, you will look like a idiot once you tell the customer no on something and the manager says its okay when they ask them. No good employee sticks around here, thank god for one of my co workers teaching me everything she knew because I would of never learned anything here if it wasn't for her. The Louisville location is an even bigger joke with incompetent individuals working there. Over all. Don't work here, unless you are in desperate need of a job, otherwise quit as soon as something better comes along.
